Orders ship within one business day once your programming is complete. Delivery takes three to five days and is free everywhere we ship. You get a tracking number the moment the box leaves us.
Wear your hearing aids anywhere you normally go. If they aren't right, tell us within 60 days of delivery and we'll refund you in full — including the return shipping label.
Every pair carries the full manufacturer warranty. If something breaks, we arrange the repair and cover the postage while it's under warranty.
Most models include loss-and-damage coverage for the first year. Call us the day you notice and we'll start the replacement.
